The RDMS Group was formed in 2007 when Mtool Ltd purchased Rapidparts Ltd. Mtool being a manufacturer of precision production tooling for the high volume medical and electrical sectors . To complement this Rapidparts specialize in low volume, precision tooling and plastic parts for many different industry sectors in a 5 -15 day turn around. GROUP OF COMPANIES ( MTOOL & RAPIDPARTS) HAVE THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES DUE TO A CONTINUED GROWING ORDER BOOK required to operate / programme CNC machines. Experience of Delcam's Powermill and the machining of plastic injection mould tools would be an advantage. However full training would be provided for the right candidate if you already have the relevant level of experience of CNC milling TRAINEE TOOLROOM CNC MILLER Ideally you will already have a degree in Mech Engineering and posess a clear thinking and analytical mind with a willingness to develop in a fast growing company . Excellent rates of pay for the right candidate TOOLROOM APPRENTICE Due to the expansion of our company we require a Toolroom apprentice to be trained in all aspects of manufacturing plastic injection mould tools. Ideally you will already have good gcse results in maths and science We are looking for an injection mould tool designer to join our already growing design team. Ideally you will have experience of using Delcam Powershape, but full training will be given for the right candidate.As a fully experienced tool designer you must possess the ability to work on your own and also part of a team on a varied type of tooling. For this we offer a excellent package and the chance to work for a rapidly expanding company . TOOLMAKER We are looking for a fully time served toolmaker to join our team .The highly skilled individual must have a proven track record in the manufacture of plastic injection mould tools. TOOLROOM EDM OPERATOR Ideally you would already have a proven track record as an EDM operator. However full training would be provided to the right candidate with the necessary CNC skills.
